Rick James and Iron Mike (1990)

1990 was the spark of what many call the greatest decade ever. It's the decade that shaped music, sports and fashion into the powerhouses that they all are today. Around that time there were two powerful individuals that you definitely didn't want to cross, boxing icon Mike Tyson and funk music king, Rick James.

Although in February of 1990 Tyson lost his first ever boxing match and his world heavyweight titles to Buster Douglas, he was still the biggest name in boxing. Rick James however was in legend status known for dominating the decade before in the 80's. They were known to be good friends who each had their own unique, distinct and loud fashion style.
